The Sales Agency will coach your relationship managers on how to profile their existing customers on the basis of revenue, share of wallet, needs, preferences and expectations, and propensity to switch, and how to use these insights to develop a structured process for cross selling and upselling to each category.

We will coach your relationship managers, individually or in groups, to identify customers within their existing customer portfolios who present opportunities for cross selling and upselling additional products and services to, and how to target and close these opportunities at the earliest opportunity. We will then assign these identified opportunities to each relationship manager and track closure of each of the identified opportunities.
